Director of Marketing - [Identifi](https://www.weidentifi.com)
This position is the first of its kind outside of the founding team, and
you’ll have the opportunity to build a comprehensive marketing strategy from
the start, build a team, and help grow it to a multi-billion-dollar company.

**Responsibility Scope & Opportunities**
* Build and manage all marketing efforts for a B2C mobile app from the ground up, including but not limited to: social media marketing, paid media, public relations, partnerships, email marketing + drip campaigns, copywriting, etc.
* Build and lead social media presence (primarily TikTok + Instagram, some X and YouTube)
* Develop and manage user acquisition strategies
* Work closely with engineering, business development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into overall business plans and app development.
* Work alongside business development to create content partnerships with large creators and similar companies
* Potentially hire and lead team to help with larger marketing efforts
* Responsible for setting budgets for allocation, KPIs, OKRs, being accountable on reporting stats and shifting as needed
* Build comprehensive marketing strategy and manage all vendors, teams, execution, delivering results and reporting to drive traffic and ultimately keep + maintain presence on app
* Identify where to make marketing investments, impact, target audience, and iterate on data
* Lead development of marketing messaging across all platforms and work with all teams to ensure messaging is consistent, and most importantly, converts
**You’ll be a good fit:**
* 5+ years experience in B2C software marketing
* Can be on the side of a large technology company/startup or in the agency world with proven wins
* Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with opportunity to build your own processes with direct collaboration with the executive leadership
* You enjoy taking marketing strategy from “zero to one”
* You love internet culture, deeply understand the creator economy and B2C messaging
* You’re deeply aware what is “cringe,” what consumers want, and have a pulse on modern culture
* Strong owner mentality with bias for data-driven decisions. No one ever needs to ask you for updates; you’re on top of it and excited to present your findings!
* You have management and recruiting experience, as there’s the possibility to bring others to your team as we scale. People love working for you. Ideally, this role + you will scale with us as we grow. We hope you’re up to the challenge!
* This role will have a hybrid schedule, focusing on Los Angeles-based candidates for in-person meetings and working sessions in our Calabasas office.
* This is a full-time role with health benefits and a salary range between 130-155k.
