**About Naitiv**

Naitiv is an AI-powered live interpretation app designed to help businesses
communicate fluently across languages. Our current application, developed in
C# and WPF for Windows, is a feature-rich tool that integrates with multiple
APIs and services. We’ve built a strong foundation for real-time translation
and voice interpretation, and now we’re expanding to **native macOS**.

We’re looking for a **macOS Swift developer** who can bring Naitiv’s AI-driven
capabilities to a seamless desktop experience. This role will focus on
developing our **macOS app using Swift and SwiftUI** , with an opportunity to
extend the work to **iOS** in the future.

**What You’ll Do**

* **Build a native macOS application** using **Swift and SwiftUI**.
* Develop real-time **audio processing features** using **AVFoundation**.
* Implement **WebSockets** for live translation and real-time communication.
* Integrate **system-level macOS features** such as clipboard access, menu bar utilities, and accessibility tools.
* Optimize **performance for Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3 chips)** and ensure smooth execution on macOS devices.
* Work closely with our backend team to integrate AI-driven translation APIs.
* Help lay the groundwork for a future **iOS version** by designing reusable SwiftUI components.

**What We’re Looking For**

* **Proven experience** building native macOS applications using **Swift**.
* Proficiency in **SwiftUI** , with a solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
* Experience with **AVFoundation** (or similar audio frameworks) for real-time voice processing.
* Knowledge of **WebSockets, networking APIs, and real-time data handling**.
* Familiarity with **AppKit** for macOS-specific functionalities.
* Experience optimizing performance for **Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3)**.
* Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote team.
