**Responsibilities.**
* Build, maintain and extend code bases involved in the management of cloud infrastructure.
* Architect, build, and maintain various CI/CD deployment pipelines.
* Set up infrastructure following security best practices.
* Set up and maintain VPNs preferably Wireguard.
* Take ownership over our observability stack (Cloudwatch, Grafana, Mimir and Loki)
* Ensure uptime and reliability of IoFinnet suite of products.
* Manage and upgrade our Kubernetes infrastructure without downtime
* Assist in production support through the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents.
* Participates in contingency planning, including reliable backup and restore procedures.
* End-to-end participation from initial design iterations, technical feasibility right through to testing frameworks, deployment tools, and production.
* Adopt code quality processes to ensure the readability and maintainability of code.
* Commit, maintain and extend internal documentation related to your areas of the codebase.
**Requirements.**
* Highly desired: experience with soc2 setup and implementation.
* Experience with IAM, IDP, SSO.
* Strong technical background and 6+ years of professional engineering experience
* Experience maintaining and scaling Kubernetes-based applications on cloud infrastructure
* AWS experience
* Knowledge of DevOps practices (e.g., GitOps, CI/CD pipelines)
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code
* Experience building applications and services with programming languages such as TypeScript and Go
* High level of autonomy with good self-management skills.
* Ability to collaborate remotely with developers in multiple time zones.

* Experience with Terraform
* Experience with peer-to-peer networking technologies
* Experience running and interacting with blockchain systems (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc) and/or financial technology such as banking systems.
* Experience running and maintaining distributed systems and HA setups.
