##### Job Description :
_**Responsibilities**_
_**· Work with other DevOps Engineers to understand existing CI/CD pipeline,
system architecture, application components, and open source tools that need
to be migrated to cloud.**_
_**· Responsible for the migration CI/CD pipeline and management components
including monitoring, logging, test automation tools, and other COTS
products.**_
_**· Work with the scrum team to understand the build, deliver process of
software releases through CI/CD, and identify opportunities to increase
engineering efficiency of getting code to production with high quality on a
cloud-hosted environment.**_
_**· Automate common operations on critical systems in a safe and reliable
manner and implement deployment best practices, auditing, logging, security
controls, and continuous monitoring using CMS approved cloud services.**_
_**· Working experience of Elastic Kubernetes Services (Amazon EKS), Elastic
Container Services (ECS), AWS Code Build, AWS CodePipeline, and other CMS
approved cloud services.**_
_**Basic Required Skills**_
_**· 4+ years of experience in a similar role**_
_**· Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)**_
_**· Infrastructure as a Service (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc)**_
_**· Familiarity with containers and Containers as a Service (Docker, ECS,
Fargate)**_
_**· Comprehension of SDLC and OOP (Ruby, Python, NodeJS)**_
_**· Scripting abilities with Unix command line (curl, grep, awk, sed, chmod,
ssh, etc)**_
_**· High emotional intelligence and patience for navigating a challenging
bureaucracy**_
_**· Excellent and empathetic written and verbal communication skills
preferred**_
_**· Experience dealing with legacy, unreliable/undocumented third party
dependencies (both technology and human) preferred**_
_**· Experience provisioning CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins preferred**_
_**· Experience with Open Source software**_
