**About You**
**Experience: Architect**
You love optimization and automation. Building and deploying consistently is
second nature for you. You walk the line between software development and
system administration.
This is a senior-level position. That means you enjoy working with people and
mentoring others. Your technical skills are top-notch but you know that the
social ones are just as important. You're an excellent communicator with a
knack for knowing when everyone isn't on the same page, and getting them
there. You can deal with stress and uncertainty, and lead the team away from
them. You don't need to be told what to do, because when you see something
that needs doing, you do it.
As an architect, you gather and document requirements from stakeholders to
turn them into actionable battle plans. You don't make all the technology
choices, but you ensure that they get made, facilitating discussion and
consensus. You understand the parts of the whole, how they fit together, and
how to orchestrate it so large teams can build large things in parallel.
You have expertise in GitHub, its API, and its place in the CI/CD pipeline.
Are you GitHub certified? Even better! You’re experienced with AWS and
managing its infrastructure with IaC tools like Terraform. Hosting
applications using container technology on AWS, such as EKS and ECS, is
something you’ve done before.
