**The Role**
Sapien is seeking a driven and talented Demand Generation Specialist to join
our dynamic team. This role is integral in developing and executing marketing
strategies, creating sales enablement content, and supporting the sales team
in driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including sales collateral and lead magnets
* Help create sales decks, case studies, white papers, and other sales enablement content
* Create, manage and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness
* Design and optimize lead generation campaigns, landing pages, and marketing funnels
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide relevant content and support
* Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
* Support the sales team in prospecting and nurturing leads
**Required Qualifications**
* At least 2+ years of experience working with tech companies
* Proven content marketing experience, specifically in sales collateral and demand generation
* Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns
* Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
* Proficient in design tools like Figma, Canva, or similar
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* Experience working at a data labeling/RLHF/computer vision company
* Understanding of SEO and content optimization strategies
* Knowledge of building sales and marketing funnels
* Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot)
