We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help tell our awesome story
and propel our business into the next stratosphere. We're also looking for
this special person to help build, manage, and scale an entire business line
for Growth Hacking / Digital Marketing / etc. It's really cool.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute a range of digital
strategies, all designed to increase Darwinian's awareness across the web in a
consistent, compelling way. They will need to work efficiently, prioritize
effectively and adjust quickly as we navigate the fast-paced, ever-changing
agency landscape.
This is also fully remote!
**Position Responsibilities**
* Assist in developing objectives, positioning and content plans for Darwinian to effectively reach and engage our target audiences.
* Maintain and optimize Darwinian’s SEO, advertising and data analytics.
* Content marketing strategy and execution including: Creation of marketing collateral content, Creation of website content, Blogs, Premium Content, Email marketing content, Drip campaigns
* Develop an in-depth understanding of our brands market needs, habits, and work styles that inform relevant content and marketing activity.
* Manage and continue to enhance digital KPI’s dashboard and distribute within the organization.
* Capture customer success stories and define ROI scenarios to support sales team enablement.
* Define, own, and analyze metrics to measure the impact of new solutions and marketing strategies.
* Stay up to date on technology trends and innovations in the world of technology and SaaS applications.
* Work with the leadership team to maximize the impact of new service line introductions.
* A data first mindset with a ‘measure everything’ approach is key. Digital Ad Strategy, Execution & Reporting including: Ad Workflow for both Google Ads and Social Media ads (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
* Copy, Design & Layout
* Ad Monitoring & Management
* Ad Budgeting and Suggestions
* Understanding & Reporting of Analytics, Ads Reporting
* Communication of the campaign results
**Required Qualifications:**
* USA Based Applicants ONLY
* 3-5 years of marketing experience with special emphasis on agency based marketing and or SaaS based marketing.
* Understanding of the digital landscape, constituents, technology, and drivers of success for brand and SaaS building in the digital space.
* Detail oriented, flexible, strong interpersonal skills, manage multiple projects in different stages. Ability to take ownership, responsibility and accountability for all actions. Understanding of Google Analytics, CMS Systems.
* Experience working with Hubspot is a plus
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Google Certifications.
Adobe Suite Experience.
