**Job Title: * _Database Engineer (Remote)
*_Pay Rate:** $120-125 per hour
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
**Location:** Remote
**Responsibilities:**
* Install, configure, and support Oracle databases in Non-RAC and RAC environments.
* Implement Grid Infrastructure release 19c and Oracle Automatic Storage Management.
* Patch grid infrastructure and Oracle RDBMS.
* Perform DB performance tuning, RMAN backups, and setup database security.
* Work on migration projects, implement new features, and configure replication technologies.
* Ensure databases meet Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
* Lead modernization efforts for hybrid cloud architecture.
**Mandatory Skills/Experience:**
* 12+ years of database engineering experience.
* Proficiency in Oracle RAC environments and Grid Infrastructure release 19.
* Hands-on experience with ASM cluster Filesystem and patching grid infrastructure.
* Knowledge of Oracle database resource manager and automation tools like Ansible.
* Familiarity with high-availability production databases and Oracle Active Data Guard.
* Experience in database architecture, design, and Golden Gate for Oracle Replication.
* Familiarity with AWS & Azure cloud environments.
**Desirable Skills/Experience:**
* Experience with Oracle Advanced Security Option.
