startup that uses AI and Machine Learning to analyze human behavior in brick
and mortar spaces like retail stores, office buildings, and shopping malls. We

Here at Pathr, we are passionate about delivering high quality data science
products to our customers. As part of our high standards, we require technical
operators to test and deploy our state-of-the-art models. We are currently
seeking a data operation technician to expand our operational capacity.
### Responsibilities
* Setup and calibration of Pathr's computer vision, data science models, and related components in production settings
* Testing and evaluation of new models, workflows, and approaches including management of datasets and ground truth
* Work with ground truth annotators to ensure best in class accuracy
* Provide feedback to product team about how tools are working in the field
### Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors in quantitative field (e.g., CS, math, finance)
* 0-5 years experience
* Hard working, motivated
### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Geographical Information Systems (ArcGIS, QGIS)
* Some Python Experience
* Communicates well sync and async
