### TL;DR

Reporting to the Co-founder COO/CMO, the Head of Demand Generation will be a
critical part of our GTM team and our growth efforts, owning the demand
generation program within marketing and working closely with Sales, Ops, and
Product. This role balances strategic leadership and hands-on execution,
making it an excellent opportunity for a data-driven, results-oriented
marketer.

Growth at Tango today is fueled by a product-led motion, word of mouth,
content marketing, and social programs. Increasingly, growth in the future
will be fueled by an ability to reach leaders in IT, Operations, and L&D
through "traditional" channels including: field marketing, paid acquisition
through LinkedIn and Google ads, webinars, outbound, account-based marketing
campaigns, and partner marketing.

This is a **remote position based in the US** , with two offsites a year to
meet your teammates in person (and explore different cities around the
country!).

### What you'll bring

* Deep expertise in B2B demand-gen and lead-gen (either PLG or Sales-led and familiarity with the other), with a history of meeting lead and opportunity commitments and owning a revenue number

* Successful, relevant experience working in early-stage SaaS environments (Seed-Series B)

* Able to hit the ground running, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise SaaS ($30k – 150k ACV) and Account-based marketing

* Able to grow current channels, and experiment, analyze, and promote new programs against evidence in the sales pipeline

* Demonstrated excellence in orchestrating novel campaigns start to finish

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technology and analytics skills, including comfort with A/B testing

* A motivated self-starter who thrives in high performance, hands-on and fast-moving team environments.

* A "player-coach" mindset with a capacity to both initiate and run programs initially but also coach others and scale the function over time

* Familiarity with HubSpot, Segment, Clay, Webflow

* Track record marketing into IT, Ops, and/or L&D buyers

* Experience scaling Demand Gen programs within PLG companies

* An early career in Sales

### Compensation

* Our base salary compensation is $170,000 - $220,000 for this role, and the total compensation package will also include equity and benefits. We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of their location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. We share salary ranges on all job postings to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including past candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. Additionally, we offer an annual equity refresh program.
