### You’ll work on
Collaborate with the Customer Success Team, Director of Operations, and CEO:
* Deliver outstanding experiences for insurance agency customers across the U.S.
* Build relationships with agencies by understanding their needs and ensuring their success
Renew existing customers and discover opportunities for growth:
* Must be comfortable having sales conversations at any point of a customer’s lifecycle, especially at the time of renewal
* Identify upsell opportunities within your book of business
Onboard new customers:
* Lead implementation from kick-off call to launch, assisting with integrations, as necessary
* Identify customers’ objectives/success criteria and create tailored plans to ensure success
* Facilitate customer walkthroughs over Zoom
Support existing customers:
* Lead training sessions and webinars
* Provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation via Email, Phone, Zoom, Slack, and Intercom
* Support a variety of agencies from small to enterprise
Become a Wunderite expert:
* Learn the product intimately including how the most successful agencies use Wunderite
* Educate customers on product capabilities
* Identify and train agencies on best practices to drive adoption
### The Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years experience in a B2B SaaS post-sales role
* Applicable roles: Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, etc.
* Proven experience managing and growing a book of business
* Must be comfortable having both upsell and renewal conversations
* Strong organizational, presenting, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
* Team player, comfortable managing relationships both internally and externally
* Experience analyzing usage data to determine overall customer health
* Takes initiative as a self-starter - will go and find answers
* Experienced with Excel: You will use Excel to import customer data
* Technical support experience (Integrations, Zapier) is a plus
* Insurance industry experience is a plus
