### About Us

TadHealth is a fast-growing startup on a mission to make mental health
resources accessible to everyone in school, work, and life. Our team is
passionate about changing the landscape of mental health support.

Tadhealth is the first-ever all-encompassing behavioral health platform built
specifically for school-based support programs. We increase access for
students, reduce admin work for staff, and increase funding through billing
and grants.

### The Role

As Customer Lead, you'll drive key implementation initiatives, focusing on
enhancing our relationships using essential assets tailored to our platform
and prospect needs. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and cross-
functional teams, you'll propel our marketing strategies forward. **Huge bonus
if you have experience in the k-12 sector!**

### Key Responsibilities:

* **Sales Enablement:** Develop and optimize sales enablement materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of our products to prospects.
* **Market Research:** Work with Sales and Product on existing market knowledge and conduct additional market research to strengthen product development and marketing strategies.
* **Product Positioning:** Define and refine product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate our value proposition.
* **Competitive Analysis:** Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
* **Product Launches:** Plan and execute new product and feature launches, ensuring successful adoption and market impact.
* **Content Creation:** Produce compelling case studies, ROI/value content, and validation content to support sales and marketing efforts.
* **Asset Management:** Iterate on existing marketing materials to keep up with growing demand and ensure consistency.

**Initial Focus Areas:**

* **Content Development:** Create and manage a repository of high-quality marketing assets to support sales outreach and customer engagement.
* **Sales Enablement:** Assist with the development and refinement of sales enablement tools and resources.

* **Content Creation:** Develop content frameworks and create blogs, videos, and case studies.
* Positioning and Messaging: Define and amplify our brand’s unique value.
* **PR and Influencers:** Generate PR opportunities and build influencer strategies.
* **Social Media and Comms:** Manage social media campaigns and coordinate email and in-app marketing.
* **Buyer Journey and Onboarding:** Map the buyer journey and enhance user onboarding.

### Qualifications:

* **Experience:** 2+ years in marketing with a proven track record. Whether you've led a team or managed specific programs, your passion for marketing shines through.
* **Relevant Background:** Experience in a role with the responsibilities above. Bonus for experience with mental health, EdTech, or SaaS companies.
* **Startup Savvy:** You’re a fast-paced individual contributor and are not afraid to take on a new challenge by learning and finding a way to get it done.
* **Skills:** You're a pro with Adobe CC and Figma. You understand market research, product positioning, and sales enablement. Written and communication skills, juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively. Bonus if you have experience with content creation and marketing automation tools!
