**Responsibilities:**
* Answer phones / emails and respond to questions / requests
* Generate quotations and sales orders in company’s order entry system
* Process sales orders and work with production team to ensure orders ship on time
* Expedite, follow up and track rush orders as required
* Coordinate with the accounting team as they establish credit terms for new customers
* Enter, log and resolve customer complaints
* Issue return authorizations and provide documentation to process the returned items
**Qualifications:**
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Know how to deal with difficult or discontented customers.
* Possess a high attention to detail
* Have a flexible attitude with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Have experience with small business accounting/order entry software (experience with QuickBooks or SAP Business One is preferred)
