and skilled Co-Founder and Lead Mobile Developer to join our team. If you are

**Role Overview:**
As the Co-Founder and Lead Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for
heading up the technical side of Rosper's mobile application. You will take
the lead on refining and enhancing the platform and ensuring a seamless user
experience across both iOS and Android. You will work within with the founding
team to develop and implement new features, improve performance, and guide the
overarching technical direction of the product.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the technical development and enhancement of the Rosper mobile app using Flutter.
* Collaborate within the founding team to prioritize and implement features based on user feedback and market dynamics.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Integrate APIs and other backend services.
* Implement and refine UI/UX designs provided by our design team using Figma.
* Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to other developers as the team grows.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
* Participate in strategic decisions and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience with Flutter and Dart.
* Strong knowledge of mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.
* Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
* Understanding of Git and version control systems.
* Experience with Azure.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take on a variety of roles.
* Experience in refining and enhancing apps based on user feedback is a plus.
* Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
* Ability to execute on tasks and operational activities.
* Previous experience building social/community-based platfortms (Bonus).
* You are located in California or open to remote work (Bonus).
