Overview:
Frame, a burgeoning Seed-stage startup specializing in AI-enhanced
collaboration tools, is on the lookout for a visionary Chief Technology
Officer (CTO) with a strong AI background. Having secured $1.5M in pre-seed
funding and on the verge of a $5M Seed round, we’re poised for significant
growth. Our mission is to revolutionize cross-team and cross-departmental
collaboration through AI-driven insights and automation, all within a sleek,

The Role:
As Frame's CTO, you'll architect our AI strategy and drive the technological
vision, ensuring our suite of collaboration tools leverages cutting-edge AI to
meet and exceed market needs. This role is pivotal in steering our product and
engineering efforts to seamlessly integrate AI functionalities that empower
our users with smart content generation, document enrichment, and advanced
business insights.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the AI and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with Frame’s
mission and market demands.
Forge strong ties with product, engineering, and leadership to craft an AI-
centric technical roadmap.
Lead and expand the engineering team, focusing on AI talent, fostering
innovation, and excellence in development practices.
Champion the integration and testing of AI within our software applications,
emphasizing scalability and user-centric innovation.
Advocate for best practices in AI, software development, and engineering,
contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
A decade or more in tech leadership, with a deep expertise in AI, machine
learning, and software development.
Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams with a focus on AI-driven
product development.
Proficient in modern tech stacks with experience in AI technologies and
frameworks.
Startup or FAANG background, with a passion for building disruptive, AI-first
products.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and an inventive approach to
technology solutions.
Strong communication skills, thriving in collaborative, remote-first
environments.
