Consultant to handle data migrations and system setup.
Position Overview: We need a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant who can manage data
transfers and set up Microsoft Dynamics systems for our clients. If you have
experience with data migration and configuring Microsoft Dynamics, and you
enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Data Migrations:
* Plan and carry out data transfers from old systems to Microsoft Dynamics.
* Develop and manage processes to ensure data is moved correctly.
* Clean and verify data to maintain quality.
* Fix any issues that come up during data migration and offer support afterward.
Configuration and Customization:
* Set up Microsoft Dynamics systems to fit clients' needs.
* Customize the system with workflows, rules, and custom features.
* Work with clients to understand their needs and create solutions.
* Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other software as needed.
Project Management:
* Lead data migration projects from start to finish.
* Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet goals.
* Document and train clients on using Microsoft Dynamics and managing data.
Client Support:
* Serve as a contact for clients during and after data migration.
* Help clients use Microsoft Dynamics effectively.
* Suggest improvements and enhancements to clients.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on data migration and configuration.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP systems.
* Experience with data migration tools and processes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365) are a plus.
