I am a founder and creator, and have published over 17 books through my
company, Soul Excellence Publishing, in the last 3 years with 400 leaders
worldwide.
I am now looking for a COO to help me:
1. run and own the publishing business (optimize all of the processes and systems I've built)
2. partner with me to execute on a long-term strategy to grow the company from a community-based book publishing company into a new media empire focused on influencers and creators who stand for human healing and flourshing
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow with
a promising company and is willing to invest their time and expertise in
exchange for a stake in the business's future success.
My ideal candidate is an operator and a complement to my visionary nature with
expertise in :
* tackling foundational operations projects for a startup (ie systems, finances, processes, tech stack)
* hiring and managing teams as we grow
* building media platforms (ie - business models)
* running our marketing function (we have incredible content and need some serious marketing)
* working in entertainment and production as we bring on talent to produce content on a regular basis
Initial goals include:
* Develop and implement strategies for content monetization, event planning, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
* Oversee product launches, including online courses, retreats, and merchandise.
* Manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
* Drive marketing and sales efforts for various initiatives.
* Ensure alignment of projects with the brand's mission and revenue goals.
Year 1 Compensation Structure:
Equity Ownership: Receive a percentage of equity in Soul Excellence Ventures,
offering a share in the company's long-term success.
Commission: Earn a commission based on revenue generated from specific
projects or overall business performance.
Year 2 Compensation Structure:
Equity + Salary
