### Job Description:
We are in search of a driven, experienced, and innovative Chief Operating
Officer (COO) to join us as a Co-founder. As a key member of our executive
team, you will play an instrumental role in setting the strategic direction of
our company. You will leverage your superior execution, implementation, and
organization skills to drive operational excellence and ensure our processes,
people, and systems are all working in harmony to achieve our ambitious goals.
### Responsibilities:
* Co-lead the company, establishing and executing operational strategies that align with our mission and values.
* Drive the implementation of company strategies, translating strategic plans into actionable goals for performance and growth.
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of our business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
* Collaborate with the CEO to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
* Establish policies that promote a strong company culture and vision.
* Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
* Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
* Participate in expansion activities including investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances (of which there are many to be had in this highly fragmented space).
### Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a COO or relevant role in a high-growth startup.
* Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
* Superior organizational, execution, and implementation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles, including HR, [finance], marketing, and operations.
* Familiarity with IT/Business infrastructure.
* Passion for community wellbeing.
