About You
You've got a knack for learning software, especially critical B2B
applications. You get excited learning about new customers and their needs.
You appreciate what's important to "back office" occupations like finance, HR,
and IT. You're resourceful and comfortable with limited budgets (did we
mention we're bootstrapped?). Most importantly, you love talking to customers
and turning their product experiences into future marketing outputs and
product roadmaps. Your extensive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing and
your proven track record of driving growth will be central to ClickTime’s
growth plans.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ClickTime, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to develop marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth
* Conduct market research to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
* Develop messaging, positioning, and content for webinars, blog posts, and case studies. Craft sales and partner enablement materials to satisfy technical buyers
* Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product roadmap and future product development
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to continuously improve performance
* Secure and manage your budget

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management for B2B SaaS products, ideally in ERP, Accounting, HRIS and/or Project Management
* Proven track record of driving growth and adoption of SaaS products
* Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, and targeting
* Experience executing operational and go-to-market plans that require input and execution from multiple teams
* Experience in product launch planning and execution
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to author original content and deliver engaging live presentations
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
* Collaborative, creative, can-do attitude. Comfortable working solo to complete projects
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical field preferred
