We are hiring a Communications Lead to help us manage our email communications
and email marketing campaigns.
**In this role, you’ll:**
* Own and maintain all new & existing email automations in Customer IO, including writing copy for all member-facing communications
* Report on email campaign performance
* Collaborate with the engineering team on maintaining and setting up API automations, and collaborate with marketing team on email marketing campaigns
* Represent the brand voice in all member-facing communications
**Who you are.**
* You have experience working in Customer IO and are familiar with email automations
* You have experience with tracking analytics for email campaign performance, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
* You are detail-oriented and notice the little things, such as that extra space in an email
* You possess exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management level
* Entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving
* Open to feedback, curious and a team player
* Bonus: Experience with HTML (for email templates) and SQL for pulling audience lists
