### Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Commission Sales Associate
for a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate will have an established
network within our target audience and possess their own tools for lead
generation and sales closing. This role involves end-to-end outbound sales,
from identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to building and maintaining
client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. You
will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure client
satisfaction and provide ongoing support. Sales figures can range from $5,000
to $100,000+ in volume, with up to 18% straight commission plus performace and
retainer bonuses. Some equity will be offered to the best performing Sales
Associate after the first year to show appreciation for joining at this very
early stage.
### Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales with a strong track record in software sales or a related field.
* Established network within the target audience of first-world, English-speaking countries.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Workable knowledge of web and mobile app development in order to impress prospects and get them to want to move on with follow up calls with the team.
* Familiarity with API integrations and quality assurance testing.
* Equipped with personal tools and strategies for lead generation and sales closing.
* Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

* Identify and pursue sales opportunities through outbound efforts.
* Utilize your existing network to generate leads and close deals.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
* Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
* Collaborate with the development team to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
* Provide ongoing support to clients to foster long-term partnerships.
