Commercial Lead
We are hiring for an ambitious Commercial Lead to work with the founding team
to build out our sales functions. This person will be responsible for lead
generation to closing deals with independent clinics that want to use our
products. Ideally this person will have a background in pharmacy and a basic
understanding of pharmacogenomics. They will have extensive sales experience
within the US healthcare market across payers, providers, pharmacy benefits
management, retail pharmacies, genetic testing laboratories, and health
systems.
Currently this role is paid on sweat equity only. This person will come in to
work part time with the understanding of helping generate customer traction
(adoption and revenue) so we are funding-ready. Post funding, this person will
then transition into a full time role at the appropriate salary ($60-100K) and
equity compensation package, and lead our commercial function.

the commercial direction of the company.
