We’re looking for a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to lead our technology strategy
and platform development. If you’re passionate about climate and excited to
build and scale a groundbreaking SaaS product, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
Be creative and be a doer: Committed to delivering high-quality results on
time while driving innovation
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.
Drive technical strategy and product roadmap.
Implement best practices in software development, data science, and AI/ML.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our platform.
**Ideal Qualifications:**
Experience as a CTO or Lead Engineer at a tech startup, ideally in the sales
space.
Passion for cleantech, climate, and sustainability
Proven track record building AI/ML-powered products, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong background in data science and predictive analytics
Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects
MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
5-10 Like 5-10 years of experience, including significant experience in
scaling technology solutions
Startup experience preferred
