**Job Description:**
We are actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to
join our team as a co-founder. This individual will play a key role in driving
the adoption of our Student Recruitment Suite and other services within the
higher education sector.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in targeted higher education markets.
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
* Foster key customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
* Collaborate with other co-founders and team members to align our sales strategies with business objectives.
* Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts for our product suite and services.
* Utilize data and metrics to report on sales performance, adjust sales strategies as needed, and present data-driven insights to the broader team and stakeholders.
* Drive the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and strategies.
**Requirements:**
* Proven track record in building and leading successful sales teams.
* Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions, preferably within the higher education sector.
* Comprehensive understanding of the higher education market and its unique needs.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
