Job Description

Hello! I need a partner for an M&A consulting firm, which operates mainly with
business intermediation (brokerage), but which will also offer complementary
services like valuation, investment memorandum (CIM), financial modeling and
feasibility analysis, in addition to strategic and legal - transaction
readness, due diligence and drafting of contracts.

The big difference is that I am the only representative in Brazil of
MergesCorp, a global leader in the segment. I have already captured 22 deals
which we are signing the contracts for intermediation, with 04 already
formalized and published on the international platform, being in the phase of
attracting buyers. Our remuneration for brokerage is a commission on the value
of the sale or equity, payed from the buyer. With only these four we will
already receive around 7 million dollars.

To expand the project to the other verticals, I need C-Leval people, in some
areas... among them, a CSO. It would be a vacancy for a partner, with no
initial remuneration, based on equity. I've already invested substantial money
into setting up the platform and paying some finders in order to get referred
business.

To enter, I ask the person to pay their own email address - 100 reais/month.
We will have additional marketing costs (5k BRL) and registration in
international platforms and groups for visibility (10k BRL), which may be in
your interest to invest or not, with other partners who will also contribute.

**Responsabilities**

The CSO will evaluate market forecast and long-term trends, collect
competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional business processes, and
maintain business model innovation. You will synchronize strategies with
corporate center plans. You will interpret long-term plans into short-term
projects.

To ensure success you will have a clear understanding of your role, be focused
on planning, growth, and business model innovation objectives, and display
sound judgment on which markets to target. Top candidates will have excellent
listening and people skills, and be proactive.

Key-Tasks

1. Developing an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team, board, and executive.
2. Collaborating with CFO to develop a capital plan in line with the strategy.
3. Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, and competitive intelligence.
4. Identifying strategic partnership opportunities.
5. Identifying strategic risks.
6. Collaborating with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies.
7. Communicating strategy effectively throughout the company.
8. Ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.
9. Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
10. Executing divestments and divestiture.
