Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of our global compliance and legal
strategy, ensuring alignment with local and international laws, particularly

while navigating the complexities of multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal and accounting

**Qualifications**
* A strong legal, tax, and compliance background, with a JD, LLM, or equivalent experience in a legal role within the startup ecosystem or at a reputable law firm.
* Demonstrated experience in product development, preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or financial services.
* Proven track record of navigating multi-jurisdictional legal challenges, with a deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes.
