**Position Overview**
As a Co-Founder and Technical Lead at Cascaid, you will play a pivotal role in
shaping the future of our company. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a
unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic
mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software
development, product management, and successfully leading and managing
software development teams.
**Responsibilities**
1. Technical Leadership:
Spearhead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for visual content
management.
Provide technical expertise in software architecture, design, and development
(Nice to have).
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our
products remain at the forefront of innovation.
2. Product Management:
Lead the product development lifecycle, ensuring the continuous improvement of
product functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and
prioritize feature development based on market needs.
3. Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performance software development team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous
learning and professional growth.
Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews,
testing methodologies, and agile methodologies.
4. Go-To-Market (GTM) Activities:
Support the development and execution of GTM activities for our AI solutions
in the visual content industry.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and
positioning for our products.
Engage with key stakeholders and industry partners to establish strategic
alliances and drive market adoption.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience in product management, software development, or technical
leadership roles.
Strong background in product management, with a track record of successfully
bringing products to market.
Experience managing and leading software development teams in an agile
environment.
Technical proficiency in AI and machine learning is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving innovation in the visual
content industry.
**Nice-to-have:**
Familiarity with software development languages such as Node.js, JavaScript,
and/or Python.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software development.
Knowledge or experience in the visual content industry, including stock
images, video content, or related domains.
