**ailifescore** credit scoring company. **" Al-Life Score"** algorithm is our
newest innovation in financial services. **AI-Life Score** utilizes a
researched Spin Dark-Data analysis model to detect evolving arbitrage data in
personal finance, risk profiling, targeting and prediction in banking, and
wealth management. The ailifescore is the driver of wealth creation. Our
purpose is to provide instant credit scoring, lending, and other personalized
financial services in an upcoming high-tech sector of Finance during Quantum
Computing with a focus on Lending, Investment and Wealth Management.

As Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer / Chief Financial Officer, you will
play a crucial role in building and running Quantum Equilibrium Fintech
company. This is a high visibility role, where you must understand in detail
startups strategic finance needs (cash burn management, forecasting, KPI,
investor materials preparation, growth strategies etc.) and play a pivotal
role in crafting our strategies. A working knowledge of consumer lending, line
of credit, secondary market sales, indirect lending, data governance, legal
and compliances, and financial stability is required.
**Skills:**
* Investment, Venture Capitalist, Fundraising, Operations
* Experience raising minimum $10M ++ funding
* Experience in Financial Services Legal and Compliance
* Demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, banking concepts
* In-depth knowledge of the equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments, including Hedge Funds and Private Equity
**In this role, you will:**
* FUNDRAISING AND STRATEGY: 90%
* Generate up to $10M of annual production/net new revenue
* Understand LPAs, PPMs, operating agreements
* Execute campaigns to target appropriate institutional investors
* Understand market trends, shareholder concerns that may impact the business
* Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, ethical, regulatory and security guidelines
* Model portfolio construction considering asset class selection, weighting, geographic tilts, factor tilts
* Oversee interest rate risk, analysis of credit risk, structured products, fixed-income portfolio management
* Manage business development roadmaps, add uniqueness, innovation, marketing and Bl tools instrumental to companies’ success
* Understand overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
**What you need to succeed:**
* Bachelor's Degree required; PhD, MS, MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
* Passionate entrepreneur, have strong business instincts
* Strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation
* Financial analysis, forecasting, planning, asset management and reporting
* Capital formation and investment, including legal and regulatory requirements
* Deep understanding of SEC laws and regulations, as well as filing requirements
* Strong experience includes a combination of finance and BD/sales-enablement roles (example: private wealth management, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance etc.)
