### The role
Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you’ll play a critical role in
designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions while
effectively managing stakeholders. Your technical Cloud expertise combined
with your ability to communicate complex concepts will be instrumental in
driving successful project outcomes and delivering value to our organisation.
### What you will be doing
* Lead end-to-end solution architecture for cloud projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
* Design architectures that are highly available, scalable, and secure, aligning with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
* Create comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications.
* Assist in the preparation of technology roadmaps and standards
### What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in solution architecture within Financial Services or domains such as CRM, Payments, Originations or Loan Management.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise delivery of architectural concepts and recommendations.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to take people on the journey, prioritise and deliver scaleable outcomes
