We are seeking an innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us as a
co-founder, driving the technological forefront of our groundbreaking startup.
As the CTO and Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in shaping the AI
strategy, architecture, and development processes that will propel our
success.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the AI technology vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our company's goals.
* Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our AI-driven solution, ensuring it's cutting-edge, scalable, and impactful.
* Help hire and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various AI components, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
* Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, assessing their applicability and potential for enhancing our startup's offering.
* Manage technical resources, recruit and lead a team of skilled engineers with AI expertise, fostering innovation and collaboration.
* Participate in strategic decision-making, contributing your AI insights to drive the company's growth.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven track record of successfully developing and launching AI-powered products, ideally in a startup context.
* Extensive experience in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
* Ability to synthesize and integrate various AI components, creating a cohesive and impactful AI solution.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to drive AI innovation and contribute to a startup's growth.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to AI challenges.
* Excellent communication skills, conveying complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Previous experience as a co-founder or early-stage AI professional in a tech startup is a plus.
