**Key Responsibilities:**
* Hands-On Technical Leadership: Directly engage in software development, coding, and DevOps tasks alongside your team, demonstrating best practices in coding and system architecture.
* Strategic Team Development: Actively participate in interviewing, hiring, and training developers. Implement industry-standard methodologies for organizing development teams to foster innovation and efficiency.
* Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of new features and architectures, ensuring our technology stack remains cutting-edge and scalable.
* Operational Excellence: Enhance our DevOps culture, ensuring the deployment of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure management practices that support agile development and high system availability.

**Requirements:**
* Advanced Technical Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in software development, including hands-on coding, with a deep understanding of Laravel, Vue.js, and modern DevOps practices.
* Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading technology teams, with a hands-on approach to development and a strong background in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Graduate Degree Preferred: A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred, showcasing a commitment to continued education and understanding of advanced technical concepts.

* US/Canadian citizenship or residency.
