**Position Overview:**
Are you a tech visionary ready to co-found and lead a dynamic team at the
intersection of automotive technology, blockchain, NFTs, and supply chain
management? Xalon Inc is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Co-founder,
who possesses advanced knowledge in blockchain technology, NFTs, supply chain
optimization, intelligent keys, crypto campaigns, and more. As a co-founder,
you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable
transportation. If you're a visionary leader, passionate about technology, and
eager to take on an entrepreneurial challenge, this role is tailor-made for
you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* _Blockchain Expertise:_ Lead the development and implementation of blockchain technology within the automotive industry, enabling secure, transparent, and efficient solutions.
* _NFT Integration:_ Drive the integration of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) into our vehicle ecosystem, exploring unique opportunities for ownership and customization.
* _Supply Chain Optimization:_ Develop and optimize supply chain management systems to enhance efficiency, traceability, and sustainability.
* _Intelligent Key Solutions:_ Spearhead the creation of intelligent key systems, ensuring seamless and secure access control.
* _Crypto Campaigns:_ Design and execute innovative cryptocurrency campaigns to engage our community and enhance our ecosystem.
* _MVP Prototyping:_ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and launch MVPs (Minimal Viable Products) that align with our strategic goals.
* _Technical Leadership:_ Lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven track record of working with blockchain technology and NFTs.
* Expertise in supply chain management and optimization.
* Strong background in intelligent key systems and access control.
* Experience in designing and executing successful crypto campaigns.
* Previous co-founding or startup experience is a plus.
* Portfolio or links to previous projects in the blockchain and automotive sectors.
* Visionary thinker with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
