Compensation: Salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 plus annual performance
bonus of up to $120,000, plus meaningful equity

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join
our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record
working within growing health tech startups and will be responsible for owning
and methodically improving all key operational metrics. This role requires an
analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to drive operational excellence,
enhance efficiency, and ensure the highest level of performance throughout our
business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operational Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the seamless delivery of telehealth services. Oversee day-to-day operations, including patient care, provider management, and customer service.
* Metric Improvement: Own and continuously improve all key operational metrics, including patient satisfaction, provider performance and efficiency, and financial performance.
* Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue collection from insurance companies.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Utilize data-driven insights to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintain the highest level of quality assurance in all aspects of service delivery.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. Align operational goals with overall business objectives to drive growth and scalability.
**Qualifications**
* Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior operational role within a telehealth or healthcare startup. Proven track record of scaling operations and driving metric improvement in a high-growth environment.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in operational and financial metrics reporting and analysis.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of the telehealth industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices. Familiarity with revenue cycle management, provider management, and insurance billing processes.
* Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize operations. Experience with telehealth platforms and healthcare IT systems is a plus.
