**About the Job:**
The Chief of Staff at InStage will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's
focus and ensuring the company operates smoothly and efficiently. This senior
position entails leading special projects and fully owning various tasks and
company areas—from troubleshooting issues to developing systematic solutions
that enhance the CEO's productivity. Key initial areas of focus will be
marketing, sales operations, and customer onboarding. This is a full-time,
fully remote position offering flexibility to work from any Canadian province.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a key advisor and right hand to the CEO, translating vision into actionable strategies.
* Take charge of strategic initiatives with extreme ownership.
* Oversee the execution of business operations, ensuring they align with InStage’s ambitious expansion goals.
**What You Bring:**
* **Experience:** With 3-10 years in pivotal roles, ideally within startups, you have a track record of impactful contributions. Experience in Edtech is a plus.
* **Autodidactic Learning:** Known for your quick learning ability, you independently acquire necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in new challenges.
* **Systems Thinking:** You have a keen ability to identify and improve underlying systems within business processes, aiming for automation and efficiency.
* **Communication Excellence:** You excel in distilling complex information into clear, impactful messages for internal and external stakeholders.

You'll report directly to CEO Michael Caley and collaborate closely with the

Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 CAD per year + equity
