Cinemaloop Inc. is an awesome group of cinema-lovers, movie-buffs, film nerds,
cine-socialities and cinephiles and we’re on a mission to design new
innovative platform for the moviegoing-loving generations. We are a soft-tech
company that champions inclusion and connections among diverse movie fans. It
signature product is Cinemaloop App. Cinemaloop app is a social moviegoing
platform advocating for diversity inclusion and connections among diverse
movie fans. It employs ML/AI to combat toxic fan behavior and enhance
cinematic experiences.
We are close to releasing but need your help to push this product over the
finishline.

Cinemaloop operates as a community-driven platform dedicated to movie
enthusiasts, championing diversity and fostering connections among varied
demographics. Our mission centers leveraging ML/AI to help combating toxic
movie fandom that stifles diverse fan voices, as well as enhancing the
moviegoer culture and experiences.

**LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for additional "right fit" remote, early-co-founding team
member that is a highly entrepreneurial spirited and motivated **" Chief
Marketing Officer"** to help contribute to awerness of our brand and prodcut,
who is looking for the freedom to be creattive and the challenge of a startup.

**PART TIME - HOURS**
15hr min a week

**COMPENSATION**
Equity 0.3% - 4% = in Common Shares 60,000,000 - 800,000,000.

Qualified candidates will be compensated with a share of the company "equity
currency" depending on the amount of time they can commit to the project. This
will be followed by full time "combination of salaried/equity" position post-
seed venture funding investment.

**ABOUT YOU**
Cinemaloop's **Chief Manerking Officer** is someone looking to break into the
startup -entertianment areana or has been in this area and wants to work with
a starrup from the ground up. You have an extensive network within Los Angeles
and surroungind area to tap into - to help elevate Cinemaloop Inc and your
Chief position. You will get your hands dirty by initatiing and handleling
direct marketing business partnerships, developing the makreting deprtment,
working on setting goals/assigment, able to create content on a mimiula
budget, work with handle strategic online initiatives, leading ad marketing
campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
Monitoring and evaluating online social media campaigns to keep them fresh and
effective. Supervising marketing team and their work and working with other
department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies. Managing
social channeles, and helping to create, ideation and production of social-
first, mobile-friendly, disruptive, sharable, ad content.

**Our ideal candidate is living in Los Angeles or the Greater Los Angeles
Area,** and is a fan of bootstrapped and grant backed pre-seed startups( where
you can make the most impact and set the tone), the internet, social media,
anime, fandom, cosplay, movie /Tv pop culture, cinema going, movie theaters,
film and is creative, detail-obsessed and eager to take on any assignment and
take on the responsiblity. You dont just manage ---->> you roll up your
seleves also produce. You are looking for the right fit startup and have an
entrepreneurial spirit within "Chief Marketing Officer’ — and can embrace
Cinemaloop. As an Executive you will help grow our brand identity and voice
across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube etc as well as with potential
makreting business partnerships.

* You must be someone looking for a ‘Executive' role on the side of your normal work, or sabaitical.
* You must have 15 hours a week part-time availability to work alongside a remote team, on something you can be proud of and passionate about.
* You have the spirit of a entrepreneur, a doer that gets your hands dirty, things done, likes unity in creating things for the masses.
* You are excited to help change the face of the moviegoing experience worldwide.
* You are an active social media user (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) with experience producing engaging content and building an audience.
* You have an obsession with cinema, entertainment, moviegoing and startups.
* You love going to the Cinema and always see areas where there can be improvement and social engagement.
* You have experience working with design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (is a plus)
* You have a willingness to work around the entertainment, film, festivals, and cinema season calendar.
* You are a self starter who does what it takes to get the job done while working incredibly collaboratively with the rest of the organization.
* You have excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in english.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Chief Marketing Officer will work on the occasional on location (e.g. events,
red carpet, conventions, festivals, etc.,) and the majority of digital
campaigns that take place on online outlets ( e.g. social media outlets,
websites and email platforms). You will focus on the optimization of ad
campaigns on digital media outlets and brainstorm ways for their digital
campaigns to reach wider audiences online.

You will help shape and grow Cinemaloop’s brand identity across key channels,
working closely with with executives in various departments.

You will help design ad campaigns to sustain viewers’ curiosity and create
buzz around Cinemaloop. Manage and maintain all social channel(s) ad campaigns
while implementing optimization and social strategies to grow engagement and
signups to product.

Grow and track Cinemaloop’s social footprint. Follow-up to increase sign-up
acquisition. Maintain optimal ad schedule, considering web traffic and
customer engagement metrics. Monitor and track performance metrics. Assist in
creating monthly Analytics Reports and Competitive Insights.

Help create engaging text, image and video content, by collaborating with
creatives, graphics, video team and communications.
