Dailies is a mission-driven edtech company that empowers families by providing
tools and resources to personalize and take control of their children's
education. As we continue to expand our impact, particularly in the B2C
market, we're seeking a passionate and hands-on Head of Growth and Marketing
(Co-Founder) to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a company dedicated to
transforming education. You’ll work closely with the founding team and CEO to
drive growth, develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, and
solidify our presence in the consumer market. This role is perfect for someone
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, and is excited by
the challenge of scaling an early-stage startup.

### Responsibilities

* Develop and execute B2C-focused growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the parenting/education space.
* Lead and optimize marketing initiatives across digital channels, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
* Collaborate with the CEO to identify and implement growth experiments and innovative marketing tactics that drive measurable results.
* Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and achieve growth targets.
* Build and manage a lean marketing team as the company scales, ensuring efficient and effective execution of growth strategies.
* Establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
* Create and track key performance metrics, adjusting tactics to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
* Assist in the development of the overall company growth roadmap, with a focus on B2C market expansion.

**Requirements**

* 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on B2C markets.
* Proven track record in driving significant growth for consumer-focused products, particularly in the family/educational products/services space.
* Strong experience with growth hacking techniques, digital marketing tools, and data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution and detailed tactical planning.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
* Familiarity with the edtech space is a plus but not required.
* Passion for education and a commitment to our mission.
