**About the Role**

Are you passionate about helping SaaS companies achieve massive growth and
impact in the world? The SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to help B2B SaaS
Companies grow to new heights through world-class coaching and training. As an
Executive Coach with us, you will have the opportunity to work with 80-100 B2B
SaaS Founders and be part of a team that has helped over 2,000 SaaS founders
scale their businesses beyond what they thought possible.

As an Executive Coach to B2B SaaS Founders, you will be responsible for
coaching our clients on leadership and growth strategy using our growing
curriculum of 350+ growth playbooks. You’ll support your clients across a
variety of channels, including one-on-one Zoom calls, email, our Facebook
community, and group coaching calls. You'll be responsible for holding our
clients accountable to execution and helping them implement these strategies.

As an Executive Coach in our [SaaS Academy
Program](https://www.saasacademy.com/programs/saas-academy), you will own the
client's success and results in the program, and you'll work closely with our
program design team to create and deploy better playbooks and resources to
support our clients. You will also manage an account manager as a direct
report, who will act as an assistant, supporting you as you support our
clients.

**In this role you can focus solely on coaching and empowering B2B SaaS
Founders** without any distractions from sales, marketing, or administrative
duties. In addition, you will also manage an account manager as a direct

clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work with B2B SaaS Founders to develop customized growth and leadership strategies
* Contribute to and refine our program curriculum, creating better playbooks and resources to support our clients
* Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients, ensuring their success in the program
* Hold clients accountable to execution and help them navigate roadblocks
* Engage with clients through various channels, including email, our Facebook community, and 1:1 Zoom calls
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
* Collaborate with the account manager to ensure clients receive exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to SaaS growth and leadership
* Continuously evaluate and improve coaching strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible service
* Have experience working with SaaS Companies and founders doing less than $5 million in ARR
* Have experience coaching an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset

**Requirements:**

* **SaaS Founder Coach Experience:** You will have proven experience coaching SaaS founders - having coached C-Level SaaS executives alone is not comprehensive enough for this role; we need someone who has coached founders directly.
* **SaaS Experience:** You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the SaaS space, possessing deep experience with the SaaS business model.
* **Executive presence:** You will have an engaging presence that inspires our clients and draws them in - we need a coach that our founders aspire to be.
* _5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry and proven coaching experience with B2B SaaS Founders_
* _Proven track record of success as an Executive Coach, with experience working with B2B SaaS Founders_
* _Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients_
* _Experience working with clients in a remote setting, through various channels including email, our Facebook community, and 1:1 zoom calls_
* _Strong understanding of SaaS growth and leadership best practices_
* _Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients_
* _Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously_
* _Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team_
* _Willingness to continuously learn and improve, and to share knowledge and insights with the team_

**Compensation:**

The Executive Coach position comes with a $100,000 USD annual base salary and
an additional $80,000 USD in on-target earnings from the variable part of the
plan.

The variable comp plan is based on two commissionable events: renewals and
upgrades to our boardroom program.

As a full-time Executive Coach, you will manage 100 accounts. On-target
earnings are based on renewing 75% of the accounts and upgrading 15% of their
accounts to boardroom on an annual basis.
