_CFO/Head of Investor Relations_ to join our trailblazing team. This role is a
unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a revolutionary venture, led by a
seasoned startup expert with 19 years of experience engineering, designing,
and architecting products from pre-seed to Series C.
**⏳ TRACTION**
2020: The CEO ran for U.S. Congress and gained new perspective around the
obfuscating processes and complexities.
2021: Began exploring the feasibility of a tech-driven political evaluator.
Drafted initial UI/UX mockups for pitching and advice. Confirmed tentative
product/market fit with politicians, activist groups, PACs, and local news
media.
2022: Rapid experimentation with government data integration and various
pipelines for a bill evaluation process.
2023: AI goes mainstream and solves the missing piece of the puzzle. Re-
architected end-to-end systems, CI/CD, backend, frontend, and validated an AI
proof-of-concept. Updated the UI/UX, built an interactive prototype, and
overhauled the branding, business plan, and advisory team.
**🗓️ TODAY**
The American Sentinel is ready to raise capital. With your help, targeting a
valuation between $7 - $15 million, we can finish building the product,
launch, scale to other jurisdictions, grow the team, and finally bring
accountability to politicians.
**💪 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
_Capital Raising:_ Your primary focus will be on raising capital. Leveraging
your network and expertise, you will identify and engage potential investors.
_Financial Strategy:_ Post raise, as CFO you will be responsible for
developing and executing on a robust financial strategy and other cross-
department needs to keep the CEO free to continue building the product and
scaling the team.
_Investor Relations:_ Building and maintaining strong relationships with
investors, keeping them informed about the company's progress and potential,
and instilling confidence in our vision and strategy.
_Financial Oversight:_ Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting,
forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance and strategic
financial planning.

based. Cash compensation will be introduced after funding is secured.
