* _What You’ll Do: *_
As CEO, you will lead our innovative startup as we enter our growth phase.
This involves leading the current team, developing and executing the go-to-
market strategy, driving user growth, and revenue generation via a HAAS
(hardware as a service) model. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in
our company's evolution as our current CEO transitions into a more strategic
role within the company. During this transition period, you will work closely
with the former CEO, partnering to ensure a smooth and successful handover.
You will also collaborate with the board of directors and strategic investors
to ensure the company's continued success.
* _Key Responsibilities: *_
_Strategic Execution Expertise:_
Demonstrated ability to effectively execute and drive the company's strategic
plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
*Industry Knowledge and Experience: *
Proven experience in the logistics and/or e-commerce sector, with an
understanding of industry dynamics and trends, leveraging valuable
relationships for business development and growth opportunities.
*Public Sector Engagement: *
Experience and familiarity with engaging and building relationships in the
public sector is a significant advantage for the DOT project and synergies
with city officials. *Not a mandatory requirement.
_Employee Management in Dynamic Scenarios:_
A successful track record of managing and leading employees through dynamic
and challenging scenarios.
*Scaling Operations: *
Demonstrated experience in scaling up operations efficiently, optimizing
resources while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality (Proof of
concept/business/scalability)
Capable of taking the company in the proof of concept, proof of business and
scaling up.
*Inspirational Leadership: *
Values-driven and inspiring leader who can motivate and lead teams, promoting
a positive and dynamic work culture.
*Financial Acumen and Capital Raising: *
Capacity and experience in raising capital and optimizing financial resources
to drive organizational growth.
