to go, and things to do. In the future, a digital and social platform will
connect a community of like-minded people to share information and
opportunities.
The company has an expert team of investors, partners, and advisors in place,
and has raised $500,000 to fund the development of the platform to date. The
business has built a sophisticated mobile app with 150+ beta testers that have
added 1,000+ places to the platform, acquired leads at 1/10 the industry
average, and has a 5,000+ person waiting list.
Our Founder has started and sold 4 companies, raised $30 million in capital,
and was brought on by Maverick Carter and LeBron James to start LeBron’s
marketing company. The two Founding Partners include an award-winning TV
producer in the travel and lifestyle space with 1,500,000+ social followers,
and a luxury travel concierge with a firm that specializes in high end
lifestyle and experiences. Our CMO is the former CMO of Soho House, and our
CFO is the former President of Playboy Media, in addition to an elite group of
advisors.
About The Role
• Talent Acquisition: Forge connections and partnerships with celebrities,
influencers, athletes, musicians, actors, and other renowned personalities to
elevate our brand presence and engagement.
• Strategic Collaborations: Devise and implement strategies to integrate high-
profile individuals into our company's ethos, creating authentic and
meaningful engagements.
• Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with talent,
ensuring seamless collaboration and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Brand Alignment: Align celebrity and influencer involvement with our brand,
ensuring a cohesive and mutually beneficial partnership.
About You
• Extensive Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing relations with
celebrities, influencers, and high-profile individuals within the luxury,
lifestyle, or travel industry.
• Network and Connections: Strong, pre-existing connections and relationships
within the celebrity and influencer landscape, enabling quick and effective
collaborations.
• Negotiation and Persuasion: Proficiency in negotiating deals and persuading
high-profile personalities to align with our brand.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and execute strategic plans that
integrate celebrity and influencer talent to enhance brand visibility and
resonance.
• Adaptability and Creativity: Adapt to evolving trends and creatively
leverage talent engagement opportunities.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills to
foster lasting relationships and collaborations.
