We are actively expanding our team and we’re seeking a Medical Director who is
highly experienced in Functional Medicine and committed to providing our
clients with real healthcare instead of the sick care that traditional
medicine typically offers. This is an opportunity to affect the medical
profession in new ways based on evidence-based methodologies dating back many
decades.
Our Medical Director MUST BE an MD or DO who is passionate about utilizing
proven science to prevent disease and optimize health through laboratory
values and measurable results.

Excellent communication, public speaking, and team-building skills are
required. A background in education is a big plus.
You will:
* Be fanatically committed to our client's health and wellness
* Provide high-quality patient-centered comprehensive care services using the Energetix Health delivery platform
* Take detailed patient histories and ask questions to determine the root cause of illnesses and injuries
* Participate in creating a suitable treatment plan for all patients, including prescribing medication only when necessary
* Monitor our medical staff to ensure that the team provides exceptional care per their duties and obligations
* Be proactive in guaranteeing adequate follow-up to patients and their concerns
* Participate in the development of our advanced lab testing and analysis tools
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of business development specialists, engineers, designers, nurses, health coaches, nutritional chefs, researchers, and medical assistants
* Provide recommendations and personalized care plans to enrolled patients
* Lead shared decision-making discussions with our clients and our medical team
You are:
* Experienced in Functional Medicine, with a proven track record of success
* Motivated by Energetix Health's mission to make optimal wellness and preventive care a significant part of our client’s lives
* Interested in helping us design and launch something genuinely unique and impactful
* Socially driven. You care about your impact on the world and believe that you're working toward something that will change people's lives for the better.

* Always tracking and verifying developments in the medical field by attending conferences and expanding professional networks

Minimum Qualifications:
* Board-certified MD or DO
* Licensed in the State of Colorado or able to obtain licensure. If you carry licenses in other states, please be sure to identify them in your response.
* Clinical experience in Functional Medicine
* Completed residency/internship
* 3+ years of relevant experience
* Extensive hands-on patient care experience
