As the Business Operations Manager at Gentem, you will report directly to the
Head of Business Development and will be responsible for overseeing and
optimizing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will play a key role
in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring that our
business runs smoothly to support our growth trajectory. This position offers
a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and

**The Job**
* Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and streamlining processes across the organization.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Technology, to align operations with business goals and objectives.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve business operations.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, with a focus on operations-related goals and initiatives.
* Process Improvement: Develop and maintain document processes to generate reports for continuous evaluation in enhancing operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing controls and measures to protect the company's interests.
* Project Management: Lead and oversee strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.
* Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement a data focused approach on the overall customer experience to monitor customer satisfaction, identify pain points, and implement solutions.
**About You**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or any related field
* Demonstrated proficiency in SQL.
* Experience with relational databases and working with large datasets.
* Must be comfortable leading functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions.
* Proven experience in business operations management, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of healthcare industry operations (medical billing experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in using data analytics tools and project management software.
