**Job Description**
Design, develop, operationalize, and maintain a scalable architecture for
organization-wide data sets, including normalizing data for time periods and
across various sources to meet dashboarding needs. You will serve as a subject
matter expert in the development of data visualization to produce efficiency
in replication of existing reports while also helping to ideate a future state
for enhanced decision making.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
* Design, enhance, and manage business intelligence solutions built on the Power BI platform
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify existing processes and data sources, and provide recommendations
* Create visualizations and reports; meet customer expectations and support them in their decision-making processes
* Proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Analytics Technologies Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, SAP BI)
* Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
* Analyze requirements or existing systems, and make recommendations on designing, modeling, or organizing new database schemas to support visualizations
**Education & Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years experience with analytics strategy and architecture
* 3+ years experience in Power BI development on an enterprise-level
* Experience developing with KPIs, executive reporting, access controls with Power BI roles
* Operationalization of Power BI experience across an enterprise is critical
