ecommerce merchants to deliver faster, more powerful shopping experiences that
are easier to manage than ever before. Our technology is already serving top
tier brands and millions of users, and we are scaling up our operations in
order to accelerate our growth journey. We are looking for leading talent to
join us in building the future of ecommerce.

Your role as a Business Development Representative will be to locate, qualify,
pitch and eventually close prospective customers and opportunities under the
guidance of our leadership team.

* _Your Responsibilities Will Include: *_

* Compile lists of qualified ecommerce brands that fit our target profile
* Conduct technology audits of brand sites; communicate this information to Nyla product team
* Develop ecommerce brand opportunities through targeted cold and warm opportunities generated from LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, and targeted emails from sales campaigns
* Drive sales by understanding and articulating Nyla’s superior value proposition, competitive landscape and customer needs
* Navigate ecommerce companies’ buying/decision-making structure and processes
* Pre-qualify prospects and advance them through the sales funnel and demo process
* Consistently hit quota of leads and demos, and provide feedback to improve sales processes and materials
* Collaborate with Nyla product team to create brand-specific demos

* _Requirements: *_

* You have 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
* You have a strong understanding of the D2C ecommerce landscape and can talk in depth about the type of features that leading merchants are using today
* You have experience with Hubspot CRM and opportunity management systems
* You are a relentless, driven, and can demonstrate a strong track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets
* You have exceptionally high standards in terms of timeliness, responsiveness and follow-up
* You enjoy a fast pace environment with steep learning curve and large potential for growth

**Preferred/Bonus Qualifications:**

* You have sales experience at a Shopify SaaS company with exposure to D2C ecommerce brands
* You have a track record of managing customer accounts with top tier brands
