**About the Job**
PactFi is seeking a Business Development Rep to support our existing Business
Development function and help to expand our customer base. The company is
entering an exciting phase as we are onboarding new large alternative managers
and beginning to target new markets. This position offers an exciting
opportunity to help drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads, particularly targeting the middle and lower private credit market
* Assist with daily customer support needs
* Track, organize and categorize customer feedback and effectively communicate priorities with the Product and Engineering teams
* Create marketing collateral and case studies to highlight platform ROI and value
* Enhance PactFi reporting for both internal and external purposes to maximize the use of our data
* Develop and standardize training materials and plans for users
**What You Bring**
* Minimum of 3-5 Years of working in financial services: investment banking, alternatives, credit, investing, consulting, or sales & trading in a client-facing role
* Desire to work in a small, nimble startup environment is a must
* Demonstrated ability to create and manage long term customer relationships
* Prior work in a sales-related function is a plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
