Our customers are mainly European-based. We are a fast-growing company and now
we are trying to expand into the US market.
We are looking for a person who will help us communicate with our US prospects
on video calls. We already have a working website and Google Ads traffic for
the US audience, and we already get requests for video calls. We need a local
representative to look natural in the US market.
So, we need a person who knows the US market, local customs, customer needs,
and peculiarities of communication with US customers.
**Role Overview:**
We are actively seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to play a pivotal role in
expanding our reach into the US market. Your primary focus will be to
identify, engage, and nurture leads, guiding them towards their initial
interaction with our specialized team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead generation
* Engage potential clients, effectively articulating our portfolio's strengths and case studies to establish credibility and trust.
* Collaborate closely with our CTO during virtual meetings and discussions, tailoring solutions to address the unique challenges of each client.
* Seamlessly transition qualified leads to our internal specialists following the initial call, ensuring a smooth handover for further progress.
**Qualifications:**
* A minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales management within the software development or web technologies sector.
* Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, marketing);
* Proficiency in understanding technical concepts and translating them into accessible information for clients.
* Strong problem-solving skills, particularly during client interactions.
* Demonstrated track record of forging connections and nurturing leads.
**Compensation Details:**
Success fee 3% - earn 3% of the total value of signed contracts resulting from
your lead generation efforts, contract price range is $50k-$1.5m
