**🧩 What you will do**

The Business Development Manager role owns the strategy and execution of
growing market share in key markets, partnering with Mealco’s executive team.
This position requires a dynamic individual capable of engaging potential
partners and showcasing the value of joining the Mealco network.
As the market scales, the Business Development Manager might move to launch
other markets, or their role may shift more toward strategic initiatives and
cross-functional management.
Responsibilities include:

* **Cold-Calling and Outreach** : Proactively reach out to potential restaurant partners through cold calls and emails to introduce them to Mealco and the Hot Ones brand.
* **Sales Demonstrations:** Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to restaurant owners, highlighting the unique benefits of partnering with Mealco and offering Hot Ones products.
* **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
* **Market Research:** Identify and target potential markets and segments that align with Mealco’s expansion strategy, understanding customer needs and competitive landscapes.
* **Sales Strategies** : Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Mealco in new markets.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company goals and ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.

**🔍 What we are looking for**

* **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields, preferably with experience in cold-calling and B2B sales.
* **Communication Skills** : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos.
* **Sales Acumen** : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for selling and a drive to win.
* **Entrepreneurial Spirit:** Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is excited to build something new from the ground up.
* **Customer-Focused:** A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
