and proactive partner, with exceptional communication skills, a strong
problem-solving approach, and a track record of success in similar roles.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Drive revenue growth in support of the organization’s mission and vision
* Strengthen existing partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders and expand outreach to develop new relationships
* Develop and execute plans to achieve financial growth goals
* Serve as key point of contact for partner agreements on behalf of the organization
* Collaborate with marketing, communications, and community engagement across channels and venues, to continue to support the organization’s leadership position as a unique, standout brand the community appreciates and values
* Ensure fiscally responsible resource management and forecasting, reporting to and aligning with organization leadership

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Passion for the vision and mission of Hue
* Minimum 6 years of full-time-equivalent work experience (both contracted and employee experience is applicable)
* Successful track record in prior roles focused on revenue generation, consultative partnerships and relationship-building, and other business development and revenue driving efforts, within a comparable entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
* Track record of leading and communicating mission-driven initiatives to diverse teams of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and sense of accountability
* Experience initiating, managing, and optimizing projects from start to completion
* Self awareness and adaptability
* Comfort with navigating ambiguity and achieving progress with autonomy
* Community-focused team player with positive energy, problem-solving mindset and proactive, optimistic approach
* Experience with tech tools to drive organization and partner management (for example, Hubspot for CRM, Asana for project management, Google Workspace)
* Familiarity with tech, marketing, communications, advertising, or design fields
