excellent chance of becoming the basis of a separate independent startup with
capitalization growth potential > USD 1B.

We understand that it is better to hire people we know well for these
positions. Nevertheless, we want to broaden the pool of potential candidates
and choose the one that best suits us.

For us, the question is not what to do, but with whom to jointly implement it.
That is, not "what?" but "who?

P.S. Recommendations for potential candidates.
I, as a project co-founder, am interested in the candidate only three things:
1.Can the candidate in the agreed time frame qualitatively perform the work
assigned to him.
2.Will both parties be satisfied with the terms of cooperation.
3.Whether we will be comfortable working together on this project.

Therefore, to stand out from the flow of candidates and start a constructive
discussion it is logical to do two things:
1.fill in the questionnaire at the end of the vacancy (it's convenient to
quickly see the candidate's key skills) ;
2.write a short cover letter, in which we specify what we are interested in
first of all.
First, the candidate goes through the first filter-we look at skills and
experience on the form you fill out. And then we look at the resume and
Linkedin profile. Therefore, if a candidate does not fill out the form, we may
not have a turn to review their resume.

For example:
My skills and competencies match those listed in this position. I have
experience negotiating with investors (raised $2.3M in a FoodTech project and
$5.2M in an HR Tech project).
Also in the BD position I have made strategic partnerships that brought the
company EBITDA of $8M over 2 years.
My MBTI profile type: ______.
By participating in this startup I want to achieve so-and-so personal goals
within so-and-so time frame.

Thank you for respecting my time and mine.

If you are excited about this position and know you can handle it, please fill
out the preliminary questionnaire: <https://forms.gle/p84rVVSxADDQLdyF6>

Thank you!
