**Position Overview** :
The incoming Business Developer at Ztrucking will assume a pivotal role,
deploying extensive industry connections, leading the formation of our board,
and ensuring our mission is propelled to greater heights.
**Key Responsibilities** :
Utilize industry connections to onboard a minimum of 300 customers within the
initial 30 days.
Spearhead the efforts to build and shape Ztrucking's board, ensuring alignment
with our overarching vision and objectives.
Demonstrate profound industry knowledge and connections, especially in areas
like freight factoring, insurance, ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices), and
FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration).
**Qualifications** :
Established experience in the freight industry, holding significant leadership
roles.
A wide-reaching and active professional network within the freight sector.
Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and customer acquisition.
Aptitude in board development and leadership.
**Compensation** :
Straight commission upon start with possibility to transition into a base
salary plus commission role.
Bringing 300 customers, commission will range around $10,000 a month plus 2%
equity of current valuation.
